UX AGENT

Available for full-time roles Packy Savvenas · Senior Product Designer · UX/UI + Front-End

I design products. I stay through the build. From 0→1 and beyond.

I work across research, product design, UX/UI, and front-end development. I take new ideas to launch, improve existing products, and stay close to implementation so the design holds up in the build.

“Packy absolutely crushed it.” — Nathan Arant, COO at Elevator3

Selected work

Enterprise product design. Products built from scratch.

Two projects that show how I work: designing complex enterprise workflows and taking a new product from research and UX/UI through the live build.

How I work

From the first question to the live product.

Research, flows, interface design, front-end development, and launch checks. I stay with the work through implementation and keep learning after release.

Evidence

Frame the right problem

Use research, analytics, and team context to define the user need, business goal, constraints, and what success should look like.

Choices

Explore the clearest path

Map the journey, compare directions, and test assumptions with flows and prototypes before committing to a build.

Build

Design and ship the work

Carry the design through interaction states, reusable components, responsive behavior, accessibility, and implementation. I can work directly in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, WordPress/PHP, APIs, and Git, or partner closely with engineering.

Real use

Measure and improve

Use behavior, feedback, and analytics to find what still gets in the way and decide what needs to change next.

About Packy

A designer who stays close to the build.

For more than 20 years, I have worked across product and web design, front-end development, content, and team leadership. I connect research and interface decisions to what the team can build and maintain.

Wildlife photography taught me to notice small changes in behavior.

I bring that attention to digital products: what people notice, what they miss, and what they trust. I also look at what the team can maintain after launch.

Your questions, answered

A few details before we talk.

The role, the work, and how I work with a team.

Are you looking for a full-time role?
Yes. I’m focused on full-time senior product design and UX/UI roles, including roles that combine design with front-end implementation. I work remotely.
What kinds of problems do you work on?
Complex product workflows, new products, and websites that serve different audiences. I use research and real behavior to find what needs to change.
Can you work in code as well as design?
Yes. I work directly in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, WordPress/PHP, REST and GraphQL APIs, and Git. I also handle responsive UI, accessibility, CMS builds, debugging, analytics, and launch QA. When engineering owns implementation, I stay close through handoff and build review.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI to organize research, explore options, prototype faster, troubleshoot code, and check edge cases. It helps me move faster, but the product decisions, interaction design, visual design, and final work are mine.
How do you work with product and engineering?
I bring research and interaction decisions into the build, document states and behavior, work through tradeoffs with the team, and review implementation. I can also contribute directly to front-end code when that helps the work move forward.
