At Wilder, people needed a way through scattered research. At Whip Around, buyers needed answers before a demo. I redesigned and built both experiences around what people needed to do next.
Wilder’s research was scattered and hard to find. I redesigned the site, migrated it from Drupal to WordPress, and built the library’s search, filters, and connected records. I handled the user journeys, interface design, and the code behind them.
Fleet buyers needed answers before choosing a trial or demo. I mapped those questions, redesigned the website and landing pages, and built the responsive front end. After launch, I used analytics and heatmaps to decide what to improve next.

I use research, analytics, and the team’s context to understand what people are trying to do, where they get stuck, and what the business needs. Then we define the constraints and what success would look like.
I map the journey, compare design directions, and test assumptions with flows and prototypes. This is where I work through what someone needs to see, choose, or understand before the team commits to a build.
I design the interface, interaction states, reusable components, responsive behavior, and accessibility, then work through implementation. I can build in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, WordPress/PHP, APIs, and Git, or partner with engineering to bring the design into the product.
I use real behavior, feedback, and analytics to see where people hesitate or miss a step. That evidence helps me decide what to change next and what to review again.
