This Privacy Policy applies to uxagent.io. It does not control websites or services linked from this portfolio.
If you email or call me, I receive the information you choose to share.
Hosting, security, and analytics services may receive basic technical and usage information.
To operate the site, respond to you, protect the site, and understand how the portfolio is being used.
01
UX Agent does not require an account to view this site. If you contact me by email or phone, I may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, job or project details, and anything else you choose to include in the conversation.
I use that information to respond to you, discuss a role or project, keep a record of the conversation when needed, and follow up when appropriate.
02
Like most websites, the hosting, security, and measurement services used by uxagent.io may automatically receive technical information when you visit. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or usage information.
The exact information depends on the services enabled on the site at the time of your visit.
03
Information may be used to operate and maintain the site, respond to messages, protect against abuse or security problems, understand which pages are useful, troubleshoot problems, and improve the portfolio experience.
UX Agent does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
04
uxagent.io may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for site functionality, security, preferences, or measurement. If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect information about visits and page use so I can understand how the site performs.
Third-party services or embedded content may also use their own cookies or technologies under their own privacy policies. You can usually block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website features.
05
Information may be shared with service providers that help host, secure, measure, or operate the website or email services, but only as needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the site.
UX Agent does not rent personal information to third parties.
06
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for legitimate business records, or when required by law.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No website, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
07
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, request deletion, or object to certain uses. You can also control cookies through your browser and choose what information you send by email or phone.
To make a privacy request, email packy@uxagent.io. I may need enough information to verify the request before acting on it.
08
uxagent.io is a professional portfolio and is not directed to children under 13. UX Agent does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
09
This portfolio links to client websites, social platforms, case-study references, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by those third parties, not UX Agent.
10
This policy may be updated when the site, services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
By using uxagent.io, you agree to these terms and to applicable laws and regulations.
01
You may browse, link to, and temporarily download materials from this site for personal, non-commercial viewing. This does not transfer ownership of the materials.
Unless you have written permission, you may not republish, resell, systematically copy, mirror, scrape, redistribute, remove proprietary notices from, or create a commercial substitute from the site’s content or code.
02
Original writing, layouts, interface illustrations, code examples, photography, and other original materials on uxagent.io are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Client and company names, logos, screenshots, products, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a case study does not transfer those rights to UX Agent.
03
Some case studies use portfolio illustrations, fictional content, or reconstructed interfaces to explain design decisions without publishing confidential client screens, proprietary data, or internal research artifacts.
Those illustrations are explanatory portfolio material and should not be treated as production client screens, official client data, or statements made by the client.
04
The site is provided for portfolio and informational purposes. UX Agent makes reasonable efforts to keep it useful and current, but does not guarantee that every page, link, statistic, technical detail, or external resource will always be complete, current, or available.
The site and its materials are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
05
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UX Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or a third-party website linked from it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
06
Links are provided for context and convenience. UX Agent is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or content of third-party websites, and a link does not automatically mean UX Agent endorses everything on that site.
07
UX Agent may change the website or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the version posted on this page.
08
Any claim relating to uxagent.io is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
