I have spent 15+ years designing enterprise software, SaaS products, and conversion-focused web experiences. I work from discovery and workflow mapping through Figma, prototypes, design systems, engineering support, front-end behavior, and QA.
Currently at Korn Ferry. Redesigning an internal enterprise hiring platform and new AI-supported workflows with product and engineering partners.Where I am most useful
That is usually where I fit. I can move between research, product rules, interface systems, implementation constraints, and evidence without treating one of them as somebody else’s problem.
I use stakeholder context, user research, workflow mapping, analytics, and technical constraints to find the decision the interface actually needs to support.
I move from flows and wireframes into reusable Figma components, interaction states, responsive rules, documentation, and patterns a team can keep using.
Front-end depth lets me test behavior early, define realistic component logic, work directly with engineers, and stay involved until the shipped experience matches the decision.
I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex for research support, comparison, prototypes, edge cases, code review, and QA. User control and product judgment still guide the work.
Selected impact
These are selected results across several roles and products. The full résumé carries the timeline. The case studies show the decisions behind the work.
Generated through product and website redesigns tied to clearer journeys, stronger messaging, and conversion improvement.
Up to this level through research, analytics, testing, clearer structure, and repeated design changes.
Alongside doubled session duration through better hierarchy, navigation, content order, and conversion paths.
Supported by a claims quote product built with engineering around REST and GraphQL, with sub-200 ms responses.
Career at a glance
The titles changed. The through line did not: understand the system, make the path clearer, build something real, and stay involved long enough to learn what happened.
I am working with a vice president, product partners, and engineers on a complete redesign of Korn Ferry’s internal hiring platform.
Owning UX/UI redesign of an internal enterprise hiring platform, including workflow mapping, Figma systems, prototypes, AI-supported states, engineering specifications, and build review.
Led UX/UI, product design, and web delivery across 50+ digital projects each year for healthcare, technology, nonprofit, and public-sector clients.
Designed insurance websites, quote flows, reusable UI systems, and internal experiences while working closely with engineering through release.
Owned discovery, information architecture, UX/UI, design systems, prototyping, and front-end implementation for SaaS, nonprofit, and service products.
Designed and built digital products for Wendy’s, Walmart.com, and Iams, connecting creative direction, UX, and front-end delivery.
Working range
I am not trying to replace a researcher, engineer, product manager, or content lead. I am useful because I understand enough of each boundary to make stronger product decisions and keep the work connected.
